What'll Payton's surprise play be?

I loved the play Boise ran to send the game into overtime. Short pass over the middle, just short enough to not make a first down. The defense converges on the guy catching the pass and over-pursue. The receiver flicks the ball to another receiver who takes it outside and scores. That was a well designed play and used at the perfect time.
