Hollis Thomas Must Be A Beast On Saturday
Actually, the whole run defense has to. The key player to stop is Westbrook.
Having said that, don't know that Eagles will keep up with our offense by just running the ball unless Westbrook has a monster game.
You KNOW Hollis is gonna bring it.
1) The dome will flat be rockin ...even MORE than the MNF vs. the Falclowns.
2) Payton & coaching staff will have gone over game tape for even MORE to exploit.
3) Our LB's will give a lot of confusing looks to Garcia (...they've done it more than once this season).
4) Hollis Thomas had better NOT be single-blocked. If so, there will be NO LANES up the gut. Then, if Westbrook has to bounce outside, it will result in negative yardage when the run defense gets him upfield before he turns the corner.
5) Also, Michael Lewis will give us good field position for most of the game. Here's "Mission Impossible:" Who do they key on: Horn, Deuce, Reggie, Colston)? Looking for the Saints to score early & often. That would make Philly have to abandon the run. Then, having to play catch-up, Garcia will be getting to know our special player (turf) better than ever. :hihi:
As far as our overall performance, I want this game to have Lovie Smith and his assistants stay up at night (to game plan for).
