att uverse

I'd think that the counties going with the county wide wi-fi at 100+MB would be better option than paying att ftth prices. and upgrades.. just my thinking.
i know Gwinnett where i live has been working on doing so. and once it is out, then no more internet fees or a lower rate that shows up in property tax. They enacted a thing with garbage pickup that will have county doing it, which actually drops my bill by ~$7 a month. it drops the waste pickup trucks in neighborhood down from 4 , down to 1. and drops the fuel usage from that as well as you don't have 4 different trucks on the same routes.
i know it feeds into the socialist mentality, but this is one area, that is' a win-win for the people.

edit,: as for uverse , i havent seen it, its not available in my neighborhood. but co-workers that have it love it. except for the fact of you only have so many streams you can use.

Glad to see you embracing socialism. :hihi:

I'm all for municipal FTTH and wireless, but unfortunately Lafayette is the only area of Louisiana that's stepped into the 21st century. We don't even have garbage pickup since the police jury feels trash covered streets are preferable to depriving residents of $8/mo.
