a mistake could be weaving thru traffic, possibly even running a red light. Failing to take orders from a police officer to get out of a car, failing to abide by what the officer orders you to do when you finally get out of the car, failing to place your hand/s behind you back after being ordered by the police - these are not mistakes, they are pure arrogance & stupid.
