This Movie Is Going to Reek

I heard about the movie. The partner who dies was caught looting by another looter cop and got shot. Then a mysterious video tape of the whole incident mysteriously pops up and the race is on to catch the looter killer cop. Sorry if I spoiled it for anyone.
