Good observations. I enjoyed seeing the repeat on the NFL network as well and thought some of your obs were interesting. BTW, I think that Drew is holding the ball a bit longer in the eagles game. However, he did not throw a pick, despite being pressured. Perhaps caution on his part.

I agree with you regarding Brees demonstrating caution. On some of the replays, it appeared that the receivers were covered, forcing him to hold it, rather than forcing turnovers. This is why I hope that Horn returns this week. Although he will not be 100%, he has a good feel for zones and will be able to give Brees a clear target....timely. I've seen Devery outrun the "so called fastest in the league", including D. Hall; however, he appears to be at his best in man to man situations or splitting two deep covers, rather than finding soft spots in zones. This should come with time, but presently, Brees needs a J. Horn to be that guy that will just sit in zone when necessary or extend his routes when he anticipates soft areas.
