20 Greatest Guitar Solos Ever, with Videos

I know music is subjective and all, but this list loses all credibility with the very first pick: probably the lamest guitar solo by one of the least talented lead guitarists in rock history being stated as the best is simply laughable (forgive my overbearing opinion - I HATE Zeppelin).
I can't believe Robert Fripp is nowhere to be seen on their list, not to mention Steve Howe, Steve Vai, and Adrian Belew (Elephant Talk has to be Top Ten). At least Hendrix and Stevie Ray are there. Brian May's guitar work in Bohemian Rhapsody is sublime, almost orchestral in its scope. I also agree with Cactus: ZZTop's absence is inexcusable. Whenever anyone asked Hendrix who was the best guitar player in the world, he answered that it was Billy.
I had a friend in Abilene who used to play "eruption" backwards and changed a couple of letters to make it a word I can't type here. Do you I need to tell you he was not terribly impressed with Eddie's guitar prowess?
I'd like to know how Guitar World came up with this list, and then make whoever "judged" listen to a lot more music than they've apparently heard.

How can you not like Led Zeppelin?? I love Jimmy Page.

Oh and this is obviously more of a top 40 list. For instance. Slash's solo in November Rain is nowhere near his best work. The SCOM or Nightrain work is easily better.

PS...that hendrix vid of All along the Watchtower gives me goosebumps everytime I watch it...man why did that guy have to die.
