Note: To all of you Bush Haters...

I hate people that make excuses for Bush no matter what he does. If he runs a punt back for a touchdown, I'm happy. If he runs for four or five yards, I'm happy.

If he fumbles a punt, or dances around and gets stuffed, I'm not.

You know why? Because I'm a SAINTS fan. Not a BUSH fan.

That is the difference. Some of you are Bush fans over the rest of the team. I don't give a damn about his stats. I want the NEW ORLEANS SAINTS to win.

So if you want to try and jump me in the stands because I'm mad when he screws up after three seasons in the NFL then bring it on. I've probably been a Saints fan longer than most of you Bush fanatics have been alive.

The team matters, not individual players.

There's more to it than that though. You can bet that when Reggie screws up, I'm standing on my feet cursing at him through my TV screen. I do the same thing when any player messes up...whether it's Reggie, Bullocks, or even Brees.

What I don't do...is hate that player and disparage them at every given opportunity. Their still our players. They're still playing their hearts out for our team. They're doing the best they can...and I will continue to cheer for them until the point when my voice gives out.

However, the anti-Reggie minority on here (Yes, it's a minority, look at any poll.) They seem to hold a permanent grudge against him. If he does well it's "just wait until next week" and when he does poorly we get 100 "I told you he's terrible" threads. A lot of people are unable to focus on both the good and the bad, and tend to center on one or the other.
