Good Morning Who Dats: You can't help but love this team!!!!

I can't say enough about our team. All the interviews I saw (thanks in part to StChad) revealed the beautiful heart and soul of our team: they are being coached well about staying humble and not taking any of the press clippings or even their 2-0 record too seriously. I just love that.

It is so refreshing to see a team whose key players all exude the quiet confidence and composure that they do. Like Julius says to Gerry Bertier in Remember the Titans: "Attitude reflect(s) leadership." So, I can't say enough about the leadership, starting with Coach Payton and Gregg Williams and, of course, Drew Brees, Jonathan Vilma and the rest.

It also reveals a seasoning and maturity that is wrought through adversity. Lord knows this team has had more than their share of that. This is a very special team. I get goose bumps just thinking about the possibilities...

Some folks on the boards are complaining about so-called bandwagoners. I don't know. I can sure see the attraction to this team. I was attracted to the Saints when they weren't doing so well, just as so many on the boards were. Just because you become enamored with a team who's showing something special doesn't mean you're necessarily a bandwagoner. It could be just a matter of good taste!

Anyway... I really just wanted to say good morning and Who Dat to fellow Saints loyal fans. I am so glad to have this opportunity to celebrate with others like you; to shout out to the world how wonderful it is to have a team like the Saints and how much I love them. It will only get better. That's my hope, my dream and my prayer. And may they all be healthy and stay healthy for the duration of this season and post season... for as long as it counts... for as long as it takes.

GEAUX SAINTS! Who Dat!!!
