What happens to Reggie when Mike Bell returns?

With our defense playing stellar football, Reggie's main contribution to the team should be returning punts to go along with a couple of runs and catches (as long as PT or Bell is healthy). Everyone has a role on the team and returning punts is his. However, the topic of Reggie Bush is very fragile. Yes, he is a homerun hitter and a threat to take it the distance when he gets the ball, but he does need to be consistant and stop putting the ball on the ground.
I believe that coach Payton used Reggie perfectly in 2006. Reggie was used and very effective in a 2 runningback set, forcing a LB to cover Reggie in passing situations and we all know who will win that matchup. As a coach, you have to put players in position to succeed and Payton does his best to put Reggie in position to succeed.
I think Reggie should get at least 5 carries, 5 catches, return every kickoff and punt. This should average around 15 touches a game. It would be up to Reggie to make the most of his opportunities.
