Dolphin fans overreaction Monday: Refs

The NFL needs to put in a 10 second run off for situations like the one that happened right before the half. The Saints were out of timeouts and if the correct call is made on the field there is no way they get down there to spike the ball or run a play. Instead the clock is stopped and they get to run another play. They should have to either use a TO, which they did not have, or there should be a run off.

And this is something else I don't get. This is the first time I've ever heard someone even PROPOSE this. There should be a 10 second runoff if there is an Official Booth Review inside of 2 minutes? Why? The only thing I can come up with is because if it were the case, the Saints wouldn't have scored. Wrong calls are made all the time, that's the point of a challenge. That play happened near the middle of the field, Refs have a hard job calling that in real time. They got it right eventually, they should be blaming their coach for the TO call.
