Brandon Spikes now suspended the entire Vanderbilt game
I don't really care anymore. Meyer wasn't going to let him miss any time of any significance, so he'll never really be punished for the eye gouge, but his character has been raked over the coals so thats probably punishment enough.
If this is really Spikes' decision, its good to see that he has more sense than his Coach. Its a good move because he really shouldn't be needed for the game and since he's taking it upon himself to up his punishment he's got damage control for when character evaluation questions come up at the combine.
