Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2

Xbox has been banning people like crazy that have modded their xboxs to get the game early. I've been waiting for this game since WaW dropped, and one of my friends with a flashed xbox was playing MW2 and was bragging to me about how cool it was and how much I was missing. I was like we'll see how much you will be missing once you're banned. Now he is out an xbox and having to drop 150$ to get a new one all because he couldn't wait a week.
