Two Back Attack is the norm... Who's got the best?

1. NO - Deuce (way above average), Reggie (above average now, major potential)
2. Miami - Brown (above average), Ricky (above average to very above average)
3. Washington - Portis (way above average), Betts (above average)
4. Jax - Taylor (average), Jones-Drew (slightly above)
5. Dallas - Jones (average), Barber III (slightly above)

You could make the case for NE. Dillon is about average and Maroney is probably slightly above, as of now.

IMO, these teams don't qualify:

Chicago - Jones (average or slightly below), Benson (below average)
Houston - Not a single above average RB.
Denver - Ditto

I can see most of that. I think Rhodes, while certainly not spectacular, is a little better than you give him credit for. I agree to an extent that he wouldn't be what he is without the system (see: James, Edgerrin) but I like the momentum he generates when he runs. He runs with a lot of power and gets up to speed quickly and packs a pop when you try and bring him down.

Re-thinking one thing however, I would replace the Giants on my list with New England. Tiki/Jacobs doesn't really count as a platoon system I suppose since Jacobs would go sometimes an entire game without a carry. It was almost a Tomlinson/Turner situation there. I think Maroney is a little above average with good potential, Dillon is average (and declining), and Faulk is average to above average, depending on how they use him. I've seen Faulk step up many times and pick up big first downs when they needed them (he played really well in the AFC Championship game I believe it was).
