Superman is invulnerable, so unless Goku has MASSIVE amounts of kryptonite and is smarter than superman, then he's toast. All superman would have to do is use his laser eyes to cut the dude to shreds. Lets see him use his chi when his arm is flopping around the floor...

And yea, you forgot to mention that Superman also has the ability to control time...

The Briefs have a time machine... Goku is a Saiyen sent to earth to destroy it. He never complete his mission because his 'programming' was knocked out of him when he hit his head as a baby. He grew up with humans that taught him to fight. He has learned every technique just by watching it a time or two before he could do it. I dont' think the Eye lasers could even penetrate Goku as he has withstood far worse energy blasts.
