How do I start a grass cutting service??

I work full time and I'm only looking to profit about $500 a month. I already have a couple of cheap mowers and a cheap weed eater. So I already have everything I need to get started and if buiness it picks up I can invest in some better equipment. All I need is a few yards to get started. Do you think its too early to start advertising in February.
