PSA: Dining in Baton Rouge

I haven't really found a good mexican restaurant yet. When we're forced to choose, it's usually Ninfa's because it's closer, but Superior is about the same. LaCarreta isn't too bad, but for whatever reason my wife doesn't like them at all.

For pizza, I really get into the sauce. Not to say that Pastime's pizza doesn't taste good, but it just isn't good pizza if that makes any sense. The boudin pizza tastes pretty good if you're looking for something different.

I didn't remember Roberto's being as expensive as Galatoire's Bistro.

Hole in the wall Mexican place that's really good and not expensive: Marina's.

It's attached to The Station.
