I never understood how a lot of conservatives are very religious but despise socialism so much, when Jesus himself preached socialist ideals. Just to be clear this is not intended to offend anyone and I apologize if it comes off that way.
It is because Conservatives don't look at what they do as socialist. It is just them being good Christians. Yet when their political party is not in party and OTHER people are doing similar activities, they try and turn it around to make the other party look as ridiculous as possible....thus the word "Socialist" or "Socialism" being thrown around every few minutes by Conservatives because they have nothing of actual substance to say.
I swear 99% of those who throw around the word Socialist don't even understand what the hell it means....they run to Google and see a few lines and think they understand the entire concept.
