Now you are correct in that a republic is very similar to a representative democracy, but that is not what you originally stated and my response was to you stating that it was a democracy.

And as far as discussing ideas, I did on the first page regarding what this thread was originally about.

the fact is that there are two types of democracies. Democracy is a political government carried out either directly by the people (direct democracy) or by means of elected representatives of the people (Representative democracy). if i had originally stated that the US is a direct democracy, then your objection would be well founded. but i said no such thing. the united states is a representative democracy, which is indeed a form of democracy as well as a republic. now if you are too ******* stupid to understand this after the third time its been explained to you, then there is nothing more i can do. but the good news is that you might be eligible for some kind of disability benefits, do you know anyone competent enough to look into that and help you fill out the paperwork?
