Gift cert to Emerils

NOLA is sort of Emeril's test kitchen and cycles the menu more frequently. They have more 'cutting edge' cuisine there. It's the cheaper of the 3 but by no means is it a bad resturant. I've had some great meals there and I personally love it very much.

Delmonico, as others have said, is the top end of the spectrum. GREAT steaks and very little changes to the menu. I think it's a little too stuffy for my tastes, and I love fancy resturants.

Emeril's is always great. A great mix of classic dishes and interesting cuisine and a very good wine list. Like Buzd said, if you are planning on have drinks with dinner, $125 may be pushing it. It's my favorite of the 3 and definitely the one I'd go to for your first Emeril's dinner.

BTW, Red Fish Grill is great, too!. I love the food there and it's a good value. It's one of my favorite places to eat in the quarter, I always recommend it.
