Mustard
I like Zatarain's Creole and I tend to prefer mildly-spicy dark mustards over bright yellow ones, but lately I've been using a lot of Bee Sting Rainforest Honey Mustard, a Costa Rican product sold at Whole Foods that adds in honey, papaya, and a light dose of habaneros. Not bad at all.
