WDSU reporter blocked access on Grand Isle

Im sure many are, but these beach clean up crews are not.

They set up pop up tents and 2 at a time go out and look for oil on the beach while the other 8 sit under the tent.

This is too funny. My family has a House in Waveland on the Beach, the oil hasn't gotten there yet, but this is exactly what happens. They have a 10' x 10' tent for about 6-8 people. 1 or 2 go do a little work walking the beach and taking samples here and there, while the other 6 do absolutely nothing.

I have no idea how they're getting paid, but it looks like they're getting paid to chill.
