N/S - Is this a Rams Lombardi Trophy for sale?

I was digging around for FFB Trophies and found this:

I realize it is not the actual Lombardi Trophy, but it supposedly is one of 400 replicas that were made for execs, players, etc.

Questions:

1. Is it real?

2. Did the Saints have this many replicas for XLIV?
