New kitchen pantry... need help

The wife and I are remodeling the kitchen and I double measured everything before we ordered EXCEPT for the height. I didn't measure it at all :\ Totally skipped... yep.. I did. Instead of an 8' kitchen, we have a 7'8" kitchen. 4 whole inches. Well, our pantry is 90" tall that we ordered and we only have about 92" to work with. Is there any possible way to stand this thing up? I thought of taking the subfloor out and putting it between the beams but they're 24" wide and so is the pantry. I may be SOL :(

Can anyone give me hope?

Drywall is cheap. You could tear out the ceiling above it and use crown or you could cut off the bottom supports right under the base of the cabinet. Stand up the cabinet and then shim it using whatever material you need to get it as high as you can and then screw it in. Rip down the kicks and re-install.
