No I wouldn't have Reggie listed as top tier either, because I don't think he is durable enough to reach to that level.
Pierre Thomas is who he is. He is a utility back that is exceptional at what he does. Not good, not great. Exceptional.
But he isn't ever going to be #1 guy that carries the workload. We offered a fair 4 year, $11 million and his camp said no. Asking in a 4-5 million dollar range (and maybe even higher, we don't know) is just not reasonable.
