Reggie Bush College days revisited..

I should have explained further. No defensive coordinators are doing that now. They were at the first half of the season, but seeing how Reggie has produced, they aren't as much anymore. There are more afraid of Deuce, than they are Reggie. Reggie has yet to prove himself. He hasn't impressed me at all. When I saw that 45-yard run in the pre-season, I was like "Yeah, Reggie is going to blow the roof off of the Superdome." But now, ten weeks into the season, he has yet to have a rush of over 20 yards.

I just haven't seen it yet. He has so many receptions, but dead last in YAC's. Receptions don't mean jack if you can't get more than 3 yards on the reception.

He hasn't had a great start, but the kid is way too talented to not turn it around. If you look at all the rookies in the NFL, it's very difficult to find any who are tearing up the league right now other than Colston. Reggie is 21 years old and he has a lot of football ahead of him. Be patient with him. In the mean time we have Deuce to show him the ropes.
