I can't argue with that. My point was screens isn't a large part of our offense to the point where that's the only reason why the team would keep PT. In a perfect world, we probably would. But once the CBA comes back into place, I don't see Loomis realistically paying Pierre the money he's seeking to be just a screen runner.
It's already apparent Ivory is a great runner and his potential is unlimited. He's a much cheaper option right now and we already have one of - if not - the best pass-catching RB's in the league in Reggie and other guys like Julius Jones and Hamilton coming back from injury so I don't see where Pierre fits.
