Well, I think you were seeing a couple things and part of it is what I posted above. The other parts are the fact that Baltimore runs a complex scheme and the middle of our line has been pretty bad this year allowing penetration up the middle. That has made it tough for Brees to step up and the result is that he can't see the field as well and he is forced to throw over the line instead of in the gaps. That makes it more difficult for him to make those perfect throws. When he can step up he doesn't have to put extra arch on the ball or throw around the lines. The result is that he is defaulting to falling back even when the pressure isn't there.
