Just wondering, what is the lowest drafted(or not drafted) player to win R.O.Y.???

I think it is Mike Anderson. I believe someone a few weeks ago posted on here a list of all the OROY winners and when they were drafted and believe Anderson was the lowest drafted player to win it.
