Which rapper is most "New Orleans."

Can't believe only 4 votes go to Mystikal??? What is up with that. Mystikal was probably first big time rapper to put NO on the map, not to mention he is always talking about new Orleans culture and tradition in his raps. He's the best N.O. rapper IMO. I know a lot of people love wayne around here but I can't stand his mouse sounding #$%. Either way I liked Wayne better when BG wrote his raps, maybe that's why BG is my favorite Hotboy.
