I think you see two different types of athleticism in comparing this with Bush's TD. Bush is just a natural, freakishly explosive athlete. From one leg, he propelled himself that high and that far to score the way he did.
I remember hearing a while back that Lance Moore is a black belt in Tai Kwan Do. I think this is, in large part, what has brought him from UDFA to extremely reliable receiver. He is not as fast, as quick, or as explosive as a lot of players. But he is so efficient in everything he does. His concentration is unflappable. His hand-eye coordination and, as gpupil said, body control are amazing. He maximizes his physical ability on every play, and has the discipline and focus to make plays that a lot of players of similar NATURAL athletic ability wouldn't be able to make.
