Believe it or not?

I guess the saints will go 2-14 too then and will have the first pick in the draft next year since the saints made history for losing to the worst playoff team in the history of the nfl..

Dream on....we had so many injuries it is a credit to this team to even compete ...the Falcons would have had a shot at a top 5 pick if you had half our injuries....heck you were totally healthy and should have been at best 9-7. You better hope Gonzo, Abe and Turner don't slow down, Ryan improves and you come out with a decent OL and an impact DE if you even want to sniff the playoffs. The cream puff schedule of last year is over...the book is out on Ryan and the Falcons - stop the run and make ryan beat you (look at his QB rating when he doesn't get 120+ from his running game...Defenses are going to make him prove he can do something he rarely has in the past).

Lets see we Lost
RB: Ivory (surgery), Bush, PT(surgery), Hamilton(surgery), PJ
FB: We lost Heath Evans (surgery) for the season
WR: Did not lose but 2 or our top 3 options were hampered by injuries that required offseason surgery: Meachem (surgery) and Colston (surgery)
TE: Shockey was hurt (as usual), and Jimmy Grant finished on the injury list
DT: Anythony Hargrove (surgery) our only rotational DL (Ellis and Ayodele had to play the whole game)
CB: Greer our number 1 CB was hampered down the stretch by injuries and Porter who had offseason knee surgery.
FS: Malcom Jenkins was lost due to injury and Darren Sharper was unable to recover from microfracture surgery
WLB: Cassilius was injured early after showing great promise...he looked to be every bit the playmaker Vilma was before the injury (surgery)..now he has a lot to prove to be a Vilma type player but he definitely shined when given a chance last year.
