He has 19 tackles 4 assists and 3.5 sacks & 2 FF's. In comparison Charles Grant has 27 tackles 8 assists 4 sacks and 4 forced fumbles.
Will Smith has 18 tackles 13 assists and 5.5 sacks + 2 FF's.

So overall he is playing fair. Not worth the big FA $$$ he got IMO..

How many double teams is he getting?

Maybe that's why his stats are down... 3.5 sacks and being a TOP defensive player is a special player. Remember we franchised this guy for a year so he was worth it and a great player. Offenses make sure to keep him out of the game and will either run at him less or make sure they double team him. I'd take him anyday. He was my favorite player on defense when we had him.
