the VG board football thread

my only concern is the defense. i don't expect drew to have another game like that and i think the run game will find its feet.. no pun intended. we had some drops too (one leading to the first INT) but overall we still moved the ball well enough to score 30+. i don't see the offense shooting itself in the foot for the entire season.

but our defense.. when they aren't consistently hitting the other QB or generating turnovers.. appears to be very below-average. i see missed tackles and blown coverages a lot more than i should. and a big part of this is blitzing a bunch of people only to not come anywhere close to making their QB uncomfortable. GW has to find another way to get our guys into the backfield again.
