What if they can't afford to buy Saints stuff and still want to show up and support the team? Are you saying it would be better for them to wear neutral clothes than LSU? What if they're not Saints fans, and they're there to cheer the opponent? What about Hornets clothing? What about an LSU had that happens to be black and gold? See where your premise is filled with holes?

1. wear some other black/gold/grey shirt. something close to team colors.
2. wear the opponents colors if they are rooting for them. i wear mine in enemy territory.
3. if its similar to saints colors, fine. i have a black fleur de bee hat.

5. for some reason, wearing another band's shirt is preferred at a concert, and wearing the performing band's shirt is laughed at. i dont know why.

theres no holes in my argument. i didnt say they cant be fans of both, im just tired of the asshats who come to saints games decked out head to toe in purple and yellow and then when the saints lose (thankfully this hasnt happened at home yet) they say "at least we still have LSU!!!"

there was a knucklehead sitting behind us who yelled "roll tide" the entire pregame just to mess with another guy in a purple LSU tracksuit, but the knucklehead was in black and gold and stayed loud the entire game while tracksuit guy sat there on his phone (probably looking at photoshopped pictures of honey badgers or something)
