Front office

I think the front office does a great job of finding the type of players the coach wants on his team. Remember this is the same front office we've had for the last few years. The coach tells the front office what kind of players he wants and the front office goes get them. So I think a lot of the credit also has to go to coach Payton because its obvious he knows what kinds of players are needed to win unlike the previous coach.
