Was Dan Marino's TD record this sacred ???

lot of threads, of every one that is saying it in negative way at all.
every one tries to pull the "respekt" bs
lot of praise out there of the record..
think of this.. 5 people heaping praise on you, and 1 calls you an bad name, which are you going to notice..

and it seems like a lot more discrediting because people posting multi threads of them.

and anyone that gives that easier crap, yes its easier to throw now, passing stats avg higher, think lot of that is, there are better qb's now than then as well.
but, brees avg, is higher by a larger margin over the avg total, than what marino's was. all that has to be said to solidify it.

Or maybe it's because of the prominence given to the articles that are nay-saying on NFL.com, ESPN, See BS, etc? Makes it seem like a lot more people are saying this than what are...but the Mike Freeman article put a lot of doubt into the heads of 'journalists' who, while complimenting Brees, are always tempering that praise with Freeman's question.

Most I have heard on TV all agree that "Marino was more impressive". Too bad he didn't know how to win a Superbowl.
