This what I do on every trip about parking. Park in the Harrah's parking garage. When you are ready to get your car, go play video poker for 30 minutes in Harrah's and then swipe your players card (if you don't have one, you can get one in two minutes for free at the players club) at the parking validation kiosk over by the theater. The kiosk will print out a voucher for free parking. Just show your parking ticket and the free parking voucher to the attendant as you leave the garage. You won't be risking much at .25 video poker and who knows, you might get lucky in that 30 minutes.
