you realize that she's based in New Orleans, right? She's primarily a sports reporter for WVUE, Channel 8, in NOLA-- but has recently started doing sideline reporting for other nationally televised games.. Anyway, i'm not coming down on her as hard as some others here are (hehe)-- but i think that as someone who works in New Orleans sports (and was i believe raised in NOLA and is a Saints fan) it is a little odd that she didn't recognize Fujita.

This is what I was thinking. Fujita has not been gone that long. I just thought that she missed a great opportunity to get some input from somebody that plays the game. It told me a lot about the sports reporter that she intends on being. I wonder if she even likes sports that much. I think she is prepping in the hopes of getting a network job. It appears that she does not think too quickly "on her feet". :-)
