I'd take to "stealership" ASAP. And document everything along the way, meticulously.

I've heard of pin-drop rust spots developing on chrome bumpers of brand new vehicles before, but not on the body. The bumpers were just replaced.

Remember this: If the stealership tries to give you the run-around, then call the corporate number. They hate when you do that:hihi:
