I'm sure in your little world, what the Packers did (and stopped doing when the league told them to) and what the Saints did, are the same. In reality, they are not even remotely similar, but again, if your convoluted "logic" (for lack of a better word) makes you feel better, than by all means, keep frothing at the mouth, and put everybody but the Saints personnel who screwed your team under the microscope.
