Very interesting piece and it sounds like they are building a legal case for slander if they cannot get an answer via arbitration. Only thing Ginsberg seemed to get stuck on was the "conduct detrimental" thing and whether the commish has to provide evidence of such under the new CB agreement. The commish screwed this up royally trying this case in the media and now it appear to be backfiring. I guess we shall see.
Finally, don't we know who the snitch is? I thought it was a former QC coach who was fired after the 2009 season and remained bitter because he could not find another job in the league and blamed Loomis and Payton.
