Sayin all the NFL did was provide the fact that the specimen was non-human urine, but no evidence regarding the collecting of the specimen (collector, the process of collecting a clean sample, why the collecting process would somehow get the urine from Williams and certify it as valid if it was non-human) -- making the case that they are ruling on partial evidence and not allowing conflicting evidence to be considered.

As far as the urine sample goes, lets just say that I have some experience in urinalysis exams. The person who collects the sample only checks to make sure the temperature is between 90-100 degrees. As long as it passes the temp test, then it is sealed up and sent to a lab for testing.

If the results come back as "non-human" that just means that Williams used a substitution. Synthetic urine. Yes they do make synthetic urine. Synthetic urine works great to pass your standard ordinary urinalysis tests, but if the employers pay extra money then the sample will undergo even further testing.

Synthetic urine has all of the ingredients that human urine has which is why it can pass most tests, but its one downfall is the fact that it lacks the urine odor, and it also doesnt foam up like real urine. So anytime you get a "non-human" result, chances are, synthetic urine was used.

Im not saying Williams is guilty, but from my experience, thats usually how it works.
