I wish more posters would put complete information in their original post instead of just naming people by first or last names. It takes someone to ask who the subject of the thread was. Not all of us are TOTALLY literate on all things Saints. I keep up as well as I can but I didn't know who this guy was.

Peter R. Ginsberg is managing member of Ginsberg & Burgos, PLLC. Both as a federal prosecutor and private attorney, he has focused his practice in the areas of complex criminal investigations and trial work as well as related civil litigation. He also litigates and advises extensively in the field of sports law and has considerable experience handling affirmative civil rights matters.
Peter has represented clients in a wide range of white collar criminal and securities matters as well as sophisticated commercial matters. Peter handles all phases of criminal litigation from pre-indictment through trial, post-conviction and appellate representation. He has represented corporate and individual clients in the areas of money laundering, fraud, bribery, RICO, tax evasion, antitrust, environmental and health care fraud, as well as matters involving federal espionage, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act matters and international hedge fund and investment management matters. In addition, Peter has represented both government officials and private citizens in public corruption trials and investigations, and in congressional and other governmental and regulatory investigations. In the civil arena, Peter has represented clients involved in securities, commercial, transactional, defamation and intellectual property disputes as well as members of the Board of Directors of off-shore hedge funds and health care officials. In the sports arena, Peter has focused mainly in the area of professional football, representing chiefly players and coaches in both League matters and litigation.
Peter spent approximately seven years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York. During that time, Peter was awarded the United States Attorney General’s John Marshall Award for “Outstanding Legal Achievement.”
A 1976 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Peter received a Thouron Fellowship and matriculated at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he received a Master of Science Degree in economics and international relations. Peter then attended the Columbia University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctor Degree in 1980.
