My Theory:

Drews already agreed to sign, but hasnt so he can still talk to SP. They're gameplanning for the early part of the season. And until Vitt comes back, alot of leadership. on and off the field, will fall on #9.

Knowing the competitor Drew is, how much he loves this team, this city, he wouldnt pass this all up for a few dollars more! :9:
