My Theory:
Drew's already agreed to sign, but hasn't so he can still talk to SP. They're game planning for the early part of the season. And until Vitt comes back, a lot of leadership. on and off the field, will fall on #9.
Knowing the competitor Drew is, how much he loves this team, this city, he wouldn't pass this all up for a few dollars more! :9:
