Vegas odds: Saints favored in 12 of their first 15 games

I find it hard to believe that the Broncos are favored against the Saints considering the fact that they barely won their division last year at 8/8 and are obviously going to have a lot of growing pains, especially with questions about Peyton Manning's health as well. Is a less than 100% Peyton manning really worth the 5 win difference they had with the Saints last year? I'm also chuckling at the Giants being favored against New Orleans as well. The Saints DESTROYED the Giants last year, but no one seems to remember that. The Giants were literally THANKFUL that they got to play SF instead of New Orleans in the NFC Championship... Oh well, at least Vegas is smart enough to realize that the Saints will be looking for revenge on SF when they come to the dome this season. And I guess I can deal with the fact that the general public thinks New Orleans will lose to GB in Lambeau, since it happened last year.

Oh I know.

The Giants really were not that great of a team, just luck and the refs helping them out bit is what got a 9-7 team to the Super Bowl and ultimately winning it against an aged, overrated team that had ref help against Baltimore to get there. I won't say that we got screwed out of San Francisco. 0 calls on the Saints, proves that. We had the help but the turnovers ultimately killed our chances to win.

The Broncos are only favored cause of Manning. The NFL also gave them the most night games, proving once again how Manning is their golden (Like 4 MVPs is not enough) but I seriously doubt Denver will be all that great. They have a tough schedule, and Peyton don't have an all star wide receiver lineup. Everyone seems to forget how bad he looked with the Colts in 2010 when he was missing wide receiver, he threw 4 INTs in 2 games where he didn't have Wayne, Garcon, Clark, or Collie.

But also the run game. That running game with Denver last year was only a benefit from having a bad quarterback. That rushing attack will disappear when Peyton is forcing it out 40 times a game.
