I don't think Goodell has been served yet. At least, there's no indication of service in the electronic court record.
After he's served, he has 20 days to file responsive pleadings (which will be a motion to dismiss). Of course, he may get additional time from Vilma, it's common and considered a courtesy among counsel to not oppose a reasonable extension.
