Fox Sports' John Czarnecki: Brees overestimating his worth

Saint Brees said

Drew Brees is worth no more and no less than the current top QBs in the league. No way is he worth Manning's old contract because neither was Peyton Manning. I think Brees and mainly his agent are the reason for this contract taking so long to get done. They have a high number stuck in their heads and they are not budging. Fact is Team Brees needs to be reasonable and take the deal that makes him the highest paid player and is fair for both sides.

Does that have anything to do with this D0@!#*bag's article being incredibly & naively stupid as well as one of the most inaccurate pieces of garbage I have seen written since the bounty gate fiasco? This guy uses one negative statistic with one that doesn't even have any meaning as to who the greatest QB is. Then just happens to ignore the fact that Drew Brees has thrown for more touchdowns, more yards, & a higher completion per centage than ANY other QB in a SIX year period in the history of the NFL.

Anyone who writes an article comparing QBs, & feigns to be this critical of Brees, & manages to overlook those glaringly clear truths, has a very evil, immature, or selfish agenda & deserves no credibility as a legitimate football anylist. This guy gives new meaning to the word "anal"yst.

Another little factoid the little zit forgot to clarify is that the main reason Brady & Manning have less Ints. & fumbles than Brees the last five years is that Brees actually played the last five years running & neithther of the other two he campared him to did. :jpshakehead:
