Jindal will run for Gov

He sent an email to his supporters yesterday letting them know that he was "thinking about it" and for them to contribute. That's an announcement. I thought that was very interesting. He's still got his thank you on his web site which states that there's "still a lot to do in Washington". He's supposed to be pushing through his oil revenue sharing plan. Who's going to pay attention to him now in Congress since he's saying "I'm outta here in a few months"? I don't understand his doing this before the new Congress. I guess he's just been raring to go. I contributed to his last gubernatorial campaign and I wish he'd run. But I'm not sure about him right now. And TPS is right - he's swung way to the right.

ps - there's going to be another candidate in the race that's going to be an interesting alternative to the two main ones.

Boasso (SP?)?
